I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oregon and Washington with over a decade of experience practicing psychotherapy in intensive and outpatient community mental health.

Moving from South Korea to the United States deeply shaped my clinical approach. Experiencing different cultural backgrounds firsthand deepened my perspective on the paradoxical nature of being—our desire to be unique individuals, while we deeply long for belonging.

Early on, I was drawn to the inner life and its hidden dynamics. Later, studying humanistic traditions—Reichian, Rogerian, and Gestalt Therapy—guided me to connect these internal dynamics with the biological, social, and cultural realities that shape us.

My practice focuses on Somatic and Experiential therapy. By fully experiencing our states rather than shutting them out, we organically learn to trust ourselves and naturally know how to respond to the present moment. Drawing from my life experience and clinical background, I work with individuals who desire to bring open awareness to the ways they embody their feelings and character.

Additionally, I provide clinical supervision for associates working toward social work licensure.
